Jump Start Tutoring collects the information you submit in the Student Support Community Sprint application: your name, work email, optional phone number, job title, district or organization, county, and your written answers about your district’s student-support needs.

We use that information for one purpose: reviewing your application and contacting you about this cohort. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising.

Information is shared only with the Jump Start team members reviewing applications and with service providers that host our website and email. We keep applications only as long as needed to run and follow up on the cohort.

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing or calling us using the contact details on this site ((954) 440-5787).

The application is intended for district and school staff. Please do not submit student names or other student records through this form.
